So, just shy of the mid way point. Weight loss is still steadily working, now 94kgs ish so around 7kgs down, I say ish, as it does fluctuate, but generally i am trying to weigh myself at the same time each day for fair comparisons.... exercises are starting to bite a bit, definitely feeling the burn more and more on the new exercises for the legs and abs......
this last week has been tough, egg whites are starting to get a little dull......for around 3 days i could not stop thinking about food, even dreaming about it......however, i think i am getting better... generally don't feel hungry too often and we are getting better at mixing up our foods to avoid boredom.
This weekend we are off to phuket for 4 days, so this will be a good test of how we cope. I have packed my resistance bands and skipping rope, along with my surfboard, so looking forward to a nice active but relaxing few days. I am just hoping the hotel is amenable to our dietary requests.....
Also, in the last week or so a good friend patrick just finished his pcp, losing something like 17kgs, this is following on from another friend Tony who finished a month or so previously. Looking at how well they have done is keeping me going and i am determined not to let myself down. well done guys!!
I haven't felt the need to ask patrick too many questions just yet, everything seems sensible so far and the daily drip feed of new information is always helpful.
